Just got back from it, and wanted to report a couple reassuring things my doctor told me, in case they're reassuring to anyone else, too --
1) Said it's perfectly OK that she baby-babbles all the time but can't say many words yet. Said it would be OK even if she couldn't say ANY words yet. Showing an interest in interacting and babbling and pointing at things is what's important.
2) Said it's perfectly OK that I still give a little bit of formula, because she loves it at night. Nothing wrong with it.
3) Said that it's perfectly OK to wait on potty training since she doesn't seem ready. Said waiting till two years old or even later before the very first attempt is perfectly normal and fine.
So just wanted to pass those on in case anyone else needed to hear any of that!
