15 months waking in the night

So for over a week now DD has been waking each night around 3:30. First we thought she was hungry so was giving her a feed but a few nights ago we stopped that and she settled fine so hungry can't be the problem.

Does look like she has two molars coming through but this has been happening for weeks now so although I can't completely rule out teething I don't think that is the problem

Any ideas why a child who normal sleeps through the night would be waking up like this for over a week now! I need help as I'm running out of matchsticks

It could be any number of things. Bit under the weather, teething, development leap, who knows! It is normal though, most babies don't sleep through the night all night every night all the time. Dd1 didn't sleep through at all until she was about 18 months old. Getting up once is good in my book. It'll change again in a few weeks x
