15dpo and nothing!

I started having slight cramps in lower abdomen 14dpo, but no AF. Milder version of menstrual cramps. Today still have slight cramps but no AF. Usually I spot at 13dpo and period comes 14dpo. I haven't tested yet. Possible to have cramps like this and still have bfp? No nausea or any other symptoms.... just severe neck pain.

Hi Sxb.....have you tested yet? I don't want to worry and/or stress you out but I'm a little bit concerned about your severe neck pain. Do you usually get neck pain before AF b/c I think I've read somewhere that if u experience cramping with neck/shoulder pain it can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy. I just googled and this is what I found "The early ectopic pregnancy symptoms also include cramping on one side of pelvis, faintness, or low back pain. If an ectopic pregnancy ruptures, you may experience pain in the pelvis, abdomen, or in neck region. The pain ranges from very mild to very severe".

Thank you for letting me know. I have had severe neck pain since 14dpo... so much that I feel like I can't even hold my head up. Laying down is easier but nothing is really really helping. I did heat and warm shower and I am still uncomfortable. I have never had these symptoms around AF before, but I thought that maybe I strained my neck somehow. Will test tomorrow morning and hopefully this passes. Thanks for the response!
