19dpo but bfn

I'm at 19dpo and I confirmed ovulation with a test strip also about 12hrs after positive I got really bad cramps on one side then had spotting when I wiped and past a small blood clot every since my temp has remained high and I'm 5 days late but bfn. I did have several test that had extremely faint lines before my expected period but now nothing. I'm so confused I'm positive I ovulated plus my temp dosent get into the 98's till after ovulation which it hasn't went below 98.3 since my postive ovulation strip. I just don't understand why I'm not getting a bfp or why my period didn't start. Also I had a dip at 7dpo.

Sometimes the tests can take a bit to come up positive. I had a friend who didn't test positive till 8 weeks, and she had twins. It's a rough wait though.
