1st round of femara/letrozole...wanted: Success stories!!!

I will be starting my first round of Femara as soon af comes. I just want to hear so success stories thanks!

How did you know you needed Femara? It's our first time trying and I don't know how long one should wait to conceive before they know they need help. Hope it doesn't go to that but just wondering

I conceived our twins on our 2nd Letrozole cycle. I only took it because I was pretty certain the cycle before was doomed from the start so got the meds for days 4-8. I did them the prescribed 3-7 the cycle we conceived. I did ovulate on my own already and was given them for recurrent MC.

No US. The first month they tested progesterone on CD21, but nothing the second.

on CD21 which is next Friday I am getting tested for progesterone
