Removed mirena august 7 and first cycle was on september 7th. I am tracking BBT and OPK but two apps are telling me I ovulated on 9/22 but I don't see a clear trend on the BBT chart and OPK is high on estrogen. Can you tell if I already ovulated or didn't?
