2 day period?

Hello everyone,
I’m hoping someone has heard of this before?
Few facts before I get into what I am asking..
-Used an ovulation kit last month and “tried” to conceive on my fertile window.
- felt what I thought were implantation cramps (light cramping, tinges, back pain)
- I’ve been pregnant once before and I felt exactly the same way, extremely tired, etc.
- tested negative up until I got my “AF”
Here’s my question, my period is usually 7 days and extremely heavy for about 5 days. I got my “AF” 2 days before expected period and it was pretty heavy and bright red. Today would be my 3rd day and it’s pretty much gone?!?! I have never ever experienced this before. I was actually shocked that I got AF because I truly felt pregnant. I still do? Has anyone heard of this happening and still getting a BFP?? I’m not trying to be overly optimistic but I’m truly confused. The only AF symptoms o get every month is bad cramps, but this month I have acne, severe fatigue, my breast are so sore, nausea, etc.

My AFs are usually 5 days , 3 being heavy/normal , then light and maybe spotting .

My last AF however only lasted 2 1/2 days with spotting after that. Unfortunately I didn’t get a BFP.

I have read online ladies who got a AF type bleed and then a BFP few days later

I would definitely re test in a few days hope you get your BFP!
