2 Days Smiley Face OPK while EBF

My second is 16 months and I still EBF on demand when he wants (usually only when he takes a tumble or is tired). Yesterday I got a positive smiley face OPK followed by pain that seems to be in my left ovary. Again this morning I tested and had another positive smiley face OPK and again am having what seems to be left ovary pain. The pain lasts for hours at a time. When should I expect to ovulate and is it normal to have pain for days? I didn't get the smiley face yesterday afternoon. I don't know if EBF is messing with my hormones as I still haven't had a PP cycle and would love to catch the egg before hand. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks ladies!
