Myself and OH would like to have both Dad's names as middle names. Is Aden Andrew Matthew too much of a mouthful?

Not at all. My son was going to be called Roman Aiden Zak until hubby no longer liked it.

I really like the name Zane for a boy, then we will have oh's middle name, my dads name, then surname! lol xx

No. It is actually quite common practice over her to give your children the names of its granparents from either side.

I did the same with my son... "Kayne Jack Dennis" When he's friends ask he's middle name he only says 'Jack' he told me "it's just too long Mummy!" lol it's worse for him as he also has a double barrel surname! but i think it's a nice gesture to give your first born their Grandparents names.

im not sure if aden andrew sounds right? the names are very similar....just a personal opinion.... maybe swap the matthew and andrew round?

x

it seems abit long, but maybe find a way of shortening it??

my son has 2 middle names because we wanted LEE...but with his first name being Kai...it sounded like KYLIE!! so we slipped Aiden in there (a name which we also had on our boys list) so he is now Kai Aiden Lee Rothwell!!

I think it sounds fine together. :D

I think is sounds perfectly fine. :)

If Aiden would have been a girl, his name would have been Vanessa Marian-Michelle. So obviously, I don't have a problem with multiple middle names. :)

No its fine! I have a Joseph Richard Mathew and his sister is Jessica-Rose Martina - nothing can be as bad as my poor sister!! She has 4 middle names!!

no i love it! My daughter is Bethany Ella Louise!
xx

I think it's fine! My OH's is Phillip John Alexander... pretty regal sounding but it suits him.

I like it :)
It might flow better with Matthew as the first middle name though

Our son also has 2 middle names and this one will have the same, thomas after my grandad and edward runs in hubbys family as a middle name

People rarely introduce themselves with their full name, just first and sur so I don't think it matters too much how many you have or what they sound like with the first name.

Just keep in mind when filling in government documents, bills, etc, they often only have room for one middle name or even just an initial. So as tough as it may be, the "first" middle name is likely the one to be used the most, and you should put some thought into that. If Andrew is more important to you than Matthew, then the order is just fine.

i dont think its too much but i think Aden Matthew Andrew is better than Aden Andrew Matthew xxx

My 3 all have 2 middle names:

Callum Anthony Philip
Katelyn Denise Jacqueline
Lily Jean Audrey

Our 1st 2 have middle names from our parents and our 3rd has Grandmothers names. This baby will also have 2 middle names, either Grandfathers or Aunties (Kinda running low on ideas for girls, lol).

no not at all my little boy is called harvey matthew miles lol i think it sounds lovely

I think it sounds fine!
Just means more learning how to write when he grows up, but otherwise, fine! lol.
