You had c-sections with both, right? Unfortunately it's kind of difficult to lose the "pouch" but it'lll definitely go down after a while.

stability ball planking, stability ball jack-knife are what Colby does...
u use an exercise ball and put ur hands on the floor and feet on the ball kinda like doing a push up and curl ur knees under ur belly rolling the ball (thats the jack knife)
use an exercise ball and put elbows or hands on floor and feet on ball again and keep your balance as long as you can(thats the planking)
You look FAB for being just 2 weeks PP hun!& you had a C-section, that's a major surgery. My advice is just to relax until your 6-8 weeks & the doctor gives you the go ahead to start working out x
