2+ years ttc #3, hsg completed and still no answers

Hi all. I've been everywhere with my specialist trying to figure out why it's taken me and my husband so long in conceiving baby number 3.
I've come to terms thinking that it's unexplained infertility as blood work, ultrasounds, SA, everything...coming back normal minus my estrogen is a bit low but not low for medication.
I had an hsg done today and even that shown spillage from both tubes, took a little work from the specialist but after 20 seconds there was sufficient spillage from both tubes.
I'm lost for where I go from here. Just looking for advice.

No advice, unfortunately. Just hugs. Been TTC for over 3 years now with no luck and no answers. Hope you can get the answers you are looking for soon.
