20 wk scan nerves

It sounds really daft but I don't feel pregnant. I saw the baby at 12 weeks and heard the heartbeat but keep wondering if it was all in my head. I can't shake thus feeling that the baby has disapparated when I wasn't looking.

The baby is in there, dont worry! I know what you mean by not feeling pregnant. Although I can feel the baby in there (no kicks or movement yet) I dont feel pregnant either. My bump is getting a little larger, and I suffer with back ache, but even early symptoms, I never was sick or anything like that...just back pain. Once the baby starts really moving in there your worries will fade away. You will be able to know each day that baby is there, and that is not to far away!! I think a lot of women are extra nervous at 20 week scan, this scan pretty much determines whether baby is healthy and growing right. Any problems will be seen at this scan and it is just scary to think about. On the other hand, in most cases baby is just fine, and bonus...if your wanted to know the sex...this one will do it! Keep your head up and try and think positive thoughts
