23 weeks and in pain

Hi,

Has anybody had this? Period like cramp on lower stomach it is a constant pain. Stomach feels really tight. Any ideas?

If it eases off after a little while, could be braxton hicks. Do you have any backache and discharge? I would call the doc/midwife if you are worried.

a little bit of discharge but its not thick or anything. Are braxton hicks pains constant and for a while?

Well when I get them they seem constant but if I change position or sit down and rest they seem to ease off. They come on for me if I have been busy and have been walking about a lot. A warm bath and drinking plenty water also helps.
I also get a dull ache down low sometimes with a tight bump when bubs is having a growth spurt.

Last time around I felt the same it baby was growing i felt tummy like that for a few days really sore and achy... and yes i felt my braxton hicks too..although they were not painful more uncomfortable.

the last few days my tummy has been quite sore, especially when moving around in bed trying to turn over. Feels very tight like it is being stretched, which I guess makes sense as it is being stretched! So I put it down to this, but as a first time mum, I dont know for sure!

Every time Im supposed to get a period I get all my symptoms and killer cramps no bleeding though it drives me mad!!! xxxxx

I get it when I walk or stand for too long, very uncomfortable and a bit painful. Almost like a stitch or really tight painful muscle feeling across the bottom of my bump and a pressure feeling like baby has his head jammed into my bladder.

For me braxton hicks are different, more of a squeezing feeling that isn't painful, but would be if it got much stronger. And I feel those up high in my bump, as opposed to the other feeling I described which is only down low.
