24 weeks PP and symptoms of pregnancy...but not pregnant?!?!

Anyone else the same?! I have been getting periods of nausia, dizziness, headaches, exhausted pretty bad that last week and I'm not pregnant - haven't taken the test but I felt the same a couple of months ago and did a pregnancy test which was negative. It's not likely as 1) I'm breastfeeding and 2) we use protection. Anyone else had similar and know what it could be? Really feels like morning sickness! Bleh

I also feel really bloated! Only symptom I don't have of pregnancy is frequent urination! And not started AF yet as breastfeedig still x

I'm 10 weeks PP and have pregnancy symptoms as well! I've taken a test (or four) and they're all negative! It's very frustrating because I never get nightmares unless I'm pregnant and I've been getting them all the time for the past two weeks!
