2dpo and trying not to symptom spot

So hard not to have had an awful headache since yesterday morning paracetamol doesnt touch it. Have sat down for breakfast and can't stop crying but don't feel sad not like me but so hard not to read too much into things. Last month I had new symptoms and af came but this month I just feel like it could be our month.
