2months pp air always getting trapped in my vagina

This is so embarrassing..
I'm 2months pp & I keep passing air from my vagina and it makes embarrassing sounds!!
it's pretty much constant during sex.
When I bend down *bam* there it is.
When I get up *bam* there it is.

It's just too much!
It's the most awkward thing during sex BC it's not just once or twice.it's like 10 times : (

What can I do besides kegels?? I've been doing them a few times a day but I hate doing them

I'm also getting this, bloody annoying!!! Presume its just slack tone? I had no tears and an easy birth this time.
