2nd period in less than a week

First let start by saying I did not no where to post this. .but please help me.

July 12th I was raped on July 14th I went to the hospital for a rape kit to be done and they gave me some emergency birth control. July 7th I had my period and it went off on july 11th (haven't really had a regular cycle since I had my son December 19th 2012). I wake up today to see I have a full blown cycle on and I have no clue what to do or what is going on.

Please do not ask why I had waited two days between the rape to report it.

I don't have much advice for you but I didn't want to read and run. I am so sorry you are going through this. I don't have any experience with emergency contraceptives, but I would imagine they would mess with your cycles/cause extra bleeding. Take care. I'm sure someone here will have a better answer.
