I had my first son at 39 weeks this one seems far too comfy!

How can I get him going?
Tried walking, sex, bouncing on my birthing ball... not one sign!

Kidding aside, all mine have come late, this one is late as well, nothing but a loooot of contractions that stop after a bit.

Nothing really. They will come once your body thinks they're ready and triggers labour. If it's not ready nothing will work. I have had 5 and my son wasn't waiting because he was 9lb at 37 weeks and my body decided enough was enough lol.

I swear by pedicures. Evennif it doesn't work you still get a good foot massage and pretty toes! But for me i went into labor within 24 hours both times after a pedicure. Let us know what ends up working!

I ended up going 8 days over with our second, and it felt like 8 years! A week of start stop labour, and went into active labour hours after my second sweep!
That was 17 days ago, and it’s like it was ages ago now!

Well I had him at 40+3!
Had a sweep at 39+5, cervix was 2cm and 50% effaced. Pains started 40+1 pm, waters went with a gush 1am 40+2. Contractions stopped at 5am, I had him 7am 40+3
