3 dpo symptoms, anybody else??

I am 3 dpo today. I have had a horrible lower back ache and today have had a headache all day plus cramps like I am on my period (which I'm not). Anybody else experienced this?? Is that a good sign I hope??

I'm hoping I'm around 2-3 dpo but being my first cycle post bcp I've no idea what's coming when, 2 weeks after AF I got a small temp rise for 2 days and started aching on my left side only, feel tender in my tummy and occasionally nauseous but I'm not sure I'm expecting much this month, will be interesting to see if AF comes when she "should" since I never paid attention to my cycles when not on bcp

Good luck though, I'll definitely be around to vent to!

I think I'm around 3-4 dpo but being my first I can only roughly guess! I have a really sore back plus very tender nipples! Lets hope they are all fab signs of good things to come xxx

It seems like most people are cd1 ish when we're dpo

today I had to pee 5 times while at work! normally I can go all day without peeing!

Fingers tightly crossed for you gals i feel weirdly normal now that my "i think I O'ed cuz i was tender in my abdomen, ached on one side and had the hormones of a teenage boy " phase is over, I'm hoping not to count myself out just yet!
