3 weeks + 3 days..still horrible pain...

Will it ever get better? I know I have a sore and mastitis AND a blocked duct on that side...but this is really hard to deal with...my nipple hurts when she latches so much that I just about cry...and how will the sore heal with her eating on that side? My right side is slightly painful but getting better...I just wish I could let the left side dry up and only use the right.

sounds like you've had a rough time with it. Have you spoken with an LC in regards to letting it heal? Could you pump on that side and have her feed on the other side? I don't have any experience with mastitis or clogged ducts (and am praying I don't ever have to you poor thing!) but hope it gets better for you soon.

Good job sticking with it even though it's super painful!

Just keep massaging the blocked up side as much as you can. I know it hurts I had it too. I kept a warm compress on it, pumped it with a manual pump, and massaged it in a hot shower as much as I could. LO wouldn't eat from that side at all. Good luck.
