While i was in hospital last week we had an offer on the house and we accepted .... So i sold me house and got no where to move into!! Mind you at this rate ill be ok .... yeah but it may be a bit of rush and stressful they may get a bt of leyway be pending on where there purschase r in the chain
i ment 3wks on the market and tis sold lol guy aware of our situation and said we can go at our own pace with exchaging and completion which is so nice of him ... we might be m oving in to gavs dads for a while anyway as im needing more help as the days pass so it working out ok so far ....
Well done .. glad he is being understanding and not putting any un-necessary stress on you. But .. wow .. three weeks is not long for your house to be on the market!!!
