34 weeks 3 days terrible pain

Hello ladies. So as the title says I am 34 weeks and getting more and more uncomfortable. I have had 2 other children and don't recall this ever before. It is getting to the point where I cant even sit down my hips hurt so bad and I get these sharp pains down below,. It's not unbearable but it is definitely getting worse. I will mention it to my dr on Thursday if I can tolerate it that long. The only time I feel a little better is in the warm bathtub. Anyone else have this? Is this an indication that labor is near? I am terrified of that bc I am a c section and afraid I won't make it to the hospital in time.

Not sure as far as a labor indicator but I can definitely sympathize with the sharp pains down below! I am also dealing with so much pressure I can barely walk, the pressure feels like when u need to push!!!

I'm sorry your going thru this too I too experienced / am experiencing the same thing and I am just about 38w and 3days along its because we are already stretched out so much baby number 3 doesn't have much support this is what my dr told me because I have complained of the same thing and to this day my hips are in terrible pain I am still getting shocks of lightning down there and in my bum too! Not very pleasent

Well I am glad I am not the only one but sorry you all are going through it as well. I have never carried a baby past 37 weeks to the day so I would be surprised if I did this time although you never know. I am so ready.

Awww I'm sure you are this is my third and it's been the toughest pregnancy so far I wish this little guy would come already my son was born 38-3 my daughter 39 w a sweep don't want to wait too much longer

I feel your pain... literally It's horrid. It just seems to keep getting worse. SPD has had me in agony for an age. Using crutches to hobble around. Pressure and shooting pains down below. More recently to add to this there's a nerve type pain in my left inner thigh which makes my whole leg give way. The birth cannot come soon enough!

I'm having this pain too and I'm only 30 weeks was guessing baby has just turned head down as when she wiggles I feel a pain below she's moving an awful lot lately .. which is good 😁 makes the back pain and hip pain all worth it xx

This is my 3rd as well and been the worst also. Must be because of ligaments already being streched. Who knows. You are farther than I am. Almost there!!

Wow crutches. I feel super awful for you because if I am complaining of the pain I cant imagine what you are going through. I agree! It csnt come soon enough.

Thanks hun yeah it sucks big time but will be worth it when we get to hold our beautiful babies. All I can think of is as awful as it is it's temporary xx

That is very true. Today pain is radiating down into my thighs. I have never had this before so I think it's from baby engaging lower and lower. Who knows though. I will ask my dr Thursday. Tomorrow I am off to specialist for bpp.

My fiance aunt told me that once she started getting the thigh pain 2 weeks later she had baby. Fingers crossed. Dr said it's normal and to get a maternity belt but since I don't have that much more to go I am reluctant to get one.

The belt is alright. It doesn't help a huge amount, only a little. And it's horribly uncomfortable on hot days!

My pain is getting so bad !! I feel like I've been repeatedly in the molly with a steel toe cap boot !! My lower back is in agony and my pelvis is so sore feels like I've broken bones I had hospital on Friday and she didn't seem very worried I do know baby is head down but free from the brim so I don't know I just wish I could fast forward now I walk everywhere I've school runs and it's becoming a very big pain in the ass lol x

Jamie sorry for all your pain. It's only temporary. I feel for you. Some days are better than others for me. On another note my MIL thinks baby will be here sometime the week of the 20th. Who knows lol. ��
