*edit* just got off the phone with them to complain about the discount not working and they said you don't have an account and the code is from our winter catalogue.

I said perhaps you shouldnt be advertising it on the front page of your website then and she told me to look for a tiny box saying terms and conditions apply. Great false advertising there, I said I wouldnt be buying from them ever

Was it already reduced? Because one of the things i tried to buy was a top that was already half price and it didn't apply the discount to it.

I just saved £39, bought loads of bits for the nursery, wasn't going to get them this early but 35% off is too good to miss!
It says there's going to be a different Easter offer so worth checking again tomorrow!

That's awful, it should state that it's for existing customers only on the front page!

Ring them back and demand they accept the code, I read the terms and conditions and it did not say that you have to have ordered from them before!
