36 Weeks. Sudden nausea & vomiting?

I was completely fine yesterday when I was at the DR office. About an hour after I left I started having really bad period like cramps. I chalked it up to because they checked my cervix. I was dilated 1 cm and 1/2. They kept on the rest of the day but then I started getting really nauseated. I took a Zofran I had from the beginning of the pregnancy. Well, I now cannot keep ANYTHING down. Still cramping, bad backache and the same headache I've had for 18 days now. Any ideas?

I would call or go to l&d. It is better to be safe and you can get really dehydrated. Sorry you feel so terrible.
