Im 37 weeks (38 tmrw) and just feel so drained.

Im sleeping for 9ish hours a night (minus the toilet trips!!) and having the occasional daytime nap too. Everything seems an effort, hanging the washing out leaves me exhausted and with a racing heartbeat (anything up to 120bpm which my dr assures me is ok whilst pregnant). I just wanna lie down and relax and certainly havent felt the need to 'nest' yet. I cant seem to get comfy at all, whether Im sitting down, lieing down etc etc. I waddle like a duck, and my groin area is quite achy now when I walk.

The fact the kids have been off has been great, I have been having lie ins in bed, no rushing around on school runs and clubs. But Im now dreading them going back on Monday, Im not sure I have the energy to get back into this routine. I know come Monday I will cos thats whats required, just wanna find some energy from somewhere!!

I must sound really lazy, but believe me my minds willing, its just my bodies not co-operating - lol!!

I just feel so bleugh. I hope I dont come across as a moaning minnie, just feeling a bit sorry for myself and wondered if anyone else feels the same at the mo.

i know how your feeling, i want to do stuff but i just cant be bothered and im worried i wont get all the things done.. moving is just too much of a hassle. I have to go into town to post something i sold on ebay, im a bit upset i sold it because now i have to get up and out the house, even worse i have to pack the bloody thing..I think its the waiting which doesnt help also, i just want baby to be here and i just sit and wait...ill be waiting a long time knowing my luck x

Oh yes I feel the same!!! Its thats coming to the end feeling but not knowing when its going to be!!

I'm just over 35 weeks and feel the same. I had bags of energy up until last week and managed to decorate the whole of the house and get ready for our little boys arrival but now I feel zapped of all energy. Just now a guy from the council came to check the back bedroom had been replastered and just getting up to answer the door and walk up the stairs to show him the room has exhausted me.

I have lots of housework to do and I just look at it and think blah!! lol I have no energy whatsoever to even get it done and it needs doing. x

absolutely - I have to do the washing in stages lol!

Do you know if you are anaemic at all? That can contribute to feeling exhausted. Otherwise it's probably just being heavily pregnant unfortunately!

Pregnancy is just hitting me! I have a cold and sore throat, late for work every day this week, legs aching, tummy aching, just want to eat.......
and yes, I am on Team Anaemic! x

Yes me, Im struggling to type even this, as today I seemed to have developed carpel tunnel syndrome :( My right hand is much worse than my left.. Think its my own fault for cleaning my car inside and out yesterday afternoon..

Today is the worse Ive felt, my hands being like this have really got to me :( Ive been sleeping most of the afternoon, cos Im pretty much useless at everything, even holding a spoon to eat my soup!

Also, Im up in the nights being sick, I wake up from a braxton hicks, feel really hot, and then am sick.. bleughh, thats 3 nights in a row now, I wish I had to get up just to go to the loo!
Reading through that post Im definitely a moaning minnie! :)

I just keep thinking that its not much longer, and soon our LO will be here and show that its all been worth it, and we will have forgotten all about this!

:) x:)

Mrs_N - yeah, I was shown to be slightly anemic at 28 weeks but have been taking spatone sachets to raise my iron levels (iron tablets make me very sick), so its not that.

I guess its just cos im so close to the end, Im unlikely to have bags of energy considering im the size of an elephant - lol!!

Just glad that Im not the only one, I was begining to worry about my lack of nesting etc and feeling so bleugh!!
