37 weeks and spotting red blood?

I am just over 37 weeks and just went on a little walk to the shops, whilst out my braxton hicks got pretty strong, particularly in my back and have a few spots of red blood on my knickers - not sure if this is it or maybe some bloody show?? xx

I would call your doctor asap. You shouldnt be bleeding red blood. Bloody show is more mucousy then bloody.

Sounds like you could be going into labour, not sure if the colour of the blood is okay or not, I'd phone your midwife xx
