37 weeks, sugar in urine?

Hey ladies,

Just want to pick your brains for a minute and any info or stories you have will be gratefully received and please excuse any typos.....

I had my midwife appointment today and when she tested my urine it had ALOT of sugar in it, before I went I had not had anything remotely sugary if anything Im off the sweet things.

Ive got to take a fasting sample in tomorrow morning but even if that has sugar in it surely its too late to do anything?

Have any of you had this problem?

I had a little in on one appointment. I don't think it's totally unusual... I'm sure it will be fine

My dr said it's a sign of GD. I'm assuming you passed your glucose test at 28 weeks? You can develop it later though. The fasting sample will give you more info. And you may need to see if your dr wants you to test your blood sugar for these last few weeks.
