Hi ladies, since about a week ago i've had frequent Braxton Hicks, the most horrible, painful lingering back pain especially at night, to the point where I have to sit up or even stand sometimes, and cold/hot packs do nothing! I noticed 3 days ago that I had decreased discharge, it went from having to wear a pad to pretty much dry, but have noticed today it is slowly increasing again.

I woke up today with nausea & flu symptoms, sneezing, sore throat, nasal congestion, and it feels like there are razorblades digging into my chest :/
I have no energy, feel completely lethargic & dead.
I am also having hot & cold flushes with a fluctuating temperature, dizziness and a headache.

I just feel completely miserable & exhausted. I can't remember the last time I had a good solid sleep, pregnancy hasn't been delightful for me. Everyone keeps saying I need to have energy & be hydrated for labour, how can I be if I can't sleep & drinking water gives me the worst heartburn? Ugh.

Does this sound like my body "clearing out" before labour arrives? Or is this just totally worthless pain?

not sure babe but hoping you feel a bit better soon...
if it helps i feel like total shit today.... dont think its labour related though :(

Hugs x
