What could this mean? I'm worried. Hope it is something good and not something bad.

It's not bad. Don't worry It can be a good sign, but when TTC we're SO sensitive to every little thing that happens to our body. Try to relax (easier said than done) and enjoy life for the time being.

Had it on right side too and now lower back pain. I cant relax either my toddler going mental. Wont go to bed.
