4-5 days late and bfn

Has anyone been 4-5 days late and still had bfn's? I'm 4 or 5 days late and have no symptoms at all.. haven't been stressing myself out for it to be late as We aren't ttc but not preventing either.. I only noticed I was late thanks tommy Ovia app.. what else could it be besides pregnancy?

Sadly we're regular until we're not... If you're still testing bfn it's likely that you ovulated late or not at all. It's hard to say without charting. This can be caused by all manner of things, including just normal life variation
