4/5 dpo - constipation anyone?

Today, along with still having my wet/milky cm.. iv got constipation.

I still have white milky cm but no constipation. I also eat to much fiber lol

Oh try eating Fiber one bars and Oatmeal with Fiber in it! I eat those every day lol

Also this is TMI but I find it funny. I am lactose intolerant so if I get constipated I just eat dairy hahaha

i just did a opk for shits and giggles - its was a dark positive, i only last peed about 30 mins ago and really had to squeeze that pee out - wonder what that means, im defo not ovulating again this late thats for sure!
