4 days after HSG...still cramping?

Anyone else experience cramping days after an HSG? The procedure wasn't too painful...REALLY uncomfortable when they pushed the dye through, but it went away right after the procedure was over. It did reveal that my right tube is blocked, which I pretty much knew already (from an ectopic pregnancy surgeries), but this also is the side that I'm experiencing all the cramping on. Anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry i don't have shut suggestions but it just may be irritated from the procedure. I spotted for a few days to a week after mine.
