4 month growth spurt/teething/sleep regression

Hi guys
Just wondered what peoples experiences are of the 4 month growth spurt? Bubba had got into a great routine up untill the beginning of this week, sleeping from 7.30ish-6 with a dreamfeed at 11. Now its totally regressed and I'm not sure what to do tbh. Hes not waking up asking for food and doesnt seem to want to eat much more than normal so its a bit different to the other growth spurts, hes just really unsettled and now will most certainly wake up around 2ish and wont want to go back to sleep
He also seems to be teething pretty badly would this be causing it?
He doesnt whinge much or cry just is unsettled and restless.........is this the growth spurt/sleep regression I've heard so much about? and if so how long will it last?? I'm starting to feel like a zombie again lol

I had this a few weeks ago. LO kept waking up at 2am on the button. We didn't really do much - just soothed him, fed him if he took it, changed him etc, and sat with him until he fell back asleep. It only lasted a week then he was ok again.

God i remember the 4 month sleep regression/teething/growth spurt thing well!!!! It started for us at 3 and a half months, and during the worst times she was waking every hour, it lasted about 2 months. She is now (touch wood) sleeping through again, and i will never take it for granted! I remember feeling soooo tired, i think when the baby is a newborn your body is prepared for no sleep, but when they start waking after sleeping through its really tough! I havent got any advice really, just ride it out, it WILL end! And just rest when u can, there are some days there where i didnt even bother getting dressed! And do not put pressure on yourself to clean etc, just make sure u look after yourself! I hope it doesnt last long for u x

my god, Lucy woke at 12.30 last night and stayed awake until 3, I hope it was a one off and not the start of the sr/t/gs cycle!!!!!!!!! She'll be four months on Sunday!!

LO is sleeping loads those days (napping fro continuous 3 hrs & only waking up for feeds & back to sleep), & he's draining 7 oz 4 bottles a day (was only taking 5 4oz bottles earlier). He's also teething badly & doesnt want to play. Today, I spent 30 mins to wake him in the morning, he only took his bottle, & went back to sleep. At night, he's restless & waking up alot then back to sleep.

Thanks guys, glad to know its not just us going through it and it will end! 2 months of this seems like torture all over again! Last night he woke every 2hrs from about 9pm, I left DH to deal with it at 3, makes me dread the nights now though
