4 months postnatal, am i pregnant again

hi. my little man is 19 weeks old. i had a very light period at 10 wks pp, then 3 weeks after that and i have just had a 9 day bleed. it was not heavy but enough to think i was having a period. my biggest symtom is that my boobs feel like they are going to fall off my chest i cried with the pain. i also feel very sick and my stomach is bloated. i didnt find out i was pregnant with my last little one until 9 weeks as i bled throughout, could this be really happening again??? i have done 2 hpt and both negative.any advise would be great.

If both hpt are negative it might be to soon, or more likely you are still trying go regulate after having your baby.
