4 week old with bad breath?

i noticed today that Willow has bad breath ..
it kind of smelt like stale milk .. old milk ..
it isnt as bad as it was early..

my SIL says it might be thrust?
OH says maybe an upset stomach?
my mom says i should call her doctor tomorrow ..


is it normal for a 4 week olds breath to smell like that??
has this happened with anyones LO's?

i would guess thrush hun,but not sure.Its very common.

Bad breath is a sign of reflux, It could be silent reflux with no other obvious symptoms but I would take LO to the doc to see what they say
