4 weeks after d&c, BFP

I had a d&c 4 weeks 4 days ago
My last beta nearly 2 weeks ago was 47.
On Friday just been I did a digi and it came up not pregnant.
But I did a frer this morning and got a bfp.
I also started spotting yesterday which has turned into light bleeding.
Could this be af or something else?

It could be residual HCG from your last pregnancy. Has the spotting continued? I would have blood work done to confirm the levels. GL!
