oh, I have seen that one. I think its scary because of the episiotomy but actually it was done very neatly...and you would be numbed first anyway. Nice video!

That's how I was my 1st time it popped up on my Facebook; but I ended up watching it a second time and thought it was helpful in a few ways.

Have to admit, I stopped it before the head came out! Maybe I'll try again another time but at the moment I'm just in denial and I have made up a little fantasy where my baby appears without any labour or pain!

It looks so much easier and neater rather than having a c-section. I think I am going to opt for a vaginal birth now . Thanks for posting this video. And it wasnt nasty at all

Is she lying on her back because she had an epidural? Just seems harder i.e. against gravity, to do that while pushing a baby out.
