5 month and very little weight gain

Gavin just had his 5 month check-up and he gained less than a pound. He was 17 lbs 10 oz at 4 months. Now he is 18 lbs and 1 oz. He is 28 inches long but he is not a chubby baby. I was wondering if their weight gain slows down a bit as they get older. He was 6 lbs 13 oz at birth.

Hi hun. Yes it slow down while growing up. Omar was 8 lbs @ birth, 17 lbs @ 4 mnths & 21.6 lbs @ 7 mnths. At 9 mnths he was 22.9 lbs.
