5 myths about PPD

Hi ladies,

Thought I'd share this link about postpardum depression. My twin sister had PPD with her first child and it was painful to see her struggle.

I've been thinking about this myself. I've suffered from Major Depressive Episodes in the past and I've wondered if after the baby comes if I will be struck with the PPD. I can only pray on it for now I guess.
