5 seconds of af type cramps every so often

Hey ladies.... I'm currently 9 weeks with twins (which may cause more cramping..). I find it odd though.... I'll have mild af type cramps for literally 5 seconds or so 2 or 3 times a day. They just start randomly, stick around for a few seconds, and are completely gone again. Anyone else?
