5 weeks and spotting?

Hello. This is my first pregnancy. I started spotting last friday and went to the ER to make sure everything was fine. Ultrasound did show a sac but was still to early. Spotting stop and went on with my weekend. I notice when I have sex I now tend to spot also. My friend telling me I might be having rough sex and should not do that for a while. But today not long ago I notice spotting again and I get soo worried about this. Its brown so it not like its new blood or break though bleeding.

But I want to know if anyone around 5 weeks or so that spot and had a healthy pregnancy? I having an ultrasound tomorrow also to see how everything is going but I just want some piece of mind.

I was spitting/bleeding all through first tri with my other two pregnancies my babies were fine. I was also spotting last week x
