5 weeks pregnant and scared! help!

Hello Ladies I am Back to BNB , excited to be expecting again , got my last week, got my pregnancy confirmation at my docs as well but now I'm worried , yesterday morning I started spotting a bit after a night of horrible pain on my left side... immediately I went to the ER , got scanned and had a bunch of blood work done, they told me that I am not having an ectopic pregnancy , or that it doesn't seem like a MC because my cervix are closed but there is still a chance for mc...I am at the threatened mc stage. I continued to have little spotting all yesterday till the night time and today I've had none, however the pain on the left side is still there ..not as prominent but still bothersome. anyone experiencing this or something similar? anyone have any advice ?? I am so freaked out , the only time I experienced a MC was before my now almost 2 year old and it was nothing like this ....any spotting I had is completely gone..the pain remains and the worry of course ...ugh anything?

I don't have any advice other than take it easy, put your feet up and try not to worry too much (I know that's highly unlikely but try!)

You've done the right thing by getting checked out, all you can do is take care of yourself and see how things pan out.

If it makes you feel any better, a friend of mine had a subchronic hematoma (prob not the right spelling!) which sounds scary but apparently it's a fairly common little pocket that forms next to the sac and can cause spotting. Anyway, she spotted on and off until she was about 18 weeks. She's now 26 weeks and baby is doing just fine!

thanks for the support ladies. I have another blood test in 2 days to see what's gonna happen, also the pain is on mu\y left inner thigh close to my vajay not on my uterus

I just had what I thought was for sure a miscarriage, bleeding, clots in blood, cramping, side cramps, the whole thing. I've seen my doctor, had blood work and ultra sound and everything is fine. So things like this can be nothing. I hope it is for you!!!!

You said your 5 weeks.....do you know when you Ovulated? Or when your last period was? I'm only asking because I am only 19DPO and one due date predictor told me I was 5 weeks along. I don't see how that is possible! I'm just barely pregnant!
