Hi Wipimum, welcome.
Well my weekend was up and down. On a weekend, if we don't have any plans, my partner and I allow each other to have a sleep in, and the other one gets up with our little girl. I usually sleep in Saturday as I work the back end of the week, whereas my partner works Mon-Thu. This means I have a tenancy to sit up late on Friday nights and play video games or watch a movie I know he won't mind missing.
So I wake up at 3.30 Saturday morning and realise I've fallen asleep on the sofa in front of the fan. I go to bed and my alarm goes off at 5.45 to temp. Well the temp I got was 36.41, which was a huge drop! I was pretty upset but went back to sleep and decided to try a few hours later. At 9am it was 36.91 - changing to this got me my crosshairs. Doing some reading it seems FF recommends a minimum of 3 hours sleep - which makes sense. This means I didn't temp at my normal time but had my usual amount of sleep. After reading a few different sources I've decided to stick with my second temp. It's annoying because it feels like cheating but it does seem more accurate when comparing it to my previous charts.
Other than that things seem good. I don't feel anything yet, but then I know I don't tend to until a few days before my period. I think I've said already but I'm totally down on this cycle, I don't know whether the chemical pregnancy has just lowered my expectations but I don't feel positive.
Also my sister in law is due in a few weeks. I'm trying to be super happy for her but it's making me feel a bit blah.
I think I'm just being grumpy.
