flamingpanda I'm so sorry to hear that you have to go through this, that just sucks so much.
So weird that we have to wait to confirm and that the doc can't just tell you right away.. prolongs the sucky sucky sucky time.
If you feel like it will help you to temp you def should, make sure you take your time to get over the loss, maybe immersing yourself in something else will help

Thanks Maggz.I took the test when I got in and thankfully it was negative. That at least lets me know it's over and I don't have to drag it on with doctors appointments. I'm grateful for that part.

I just dug out my login for fertility friend, I think I'll need the VIP membership again though. I found it really useful last time. I also have a strange feeling I threw my thermometer away. So I may send OH on a mission to buy one on his day off tomorrow.

Other than that my plan is to play lots of video games and try and just move on. Here's to a new cycle.

I'm on a mac so I'm a bit limited but at the moment I seem to be bouncing between Minecraft, World of Warcraft (I hadn't played since we had our little girl), Hearthstone and League of Legends. I've also got Stick of Truth started on the Xbox 360 but haven't played that since we moved house a few months back. I actually have no idea where the disc is. What are you playing?

OH is picking me up a thermometer on the way to pick me up tonight after work, so I should be able to temp from tomorrow. Although I'm still bleeding which is unusual so no idea where this cycle is going at the moment. Excited to see my temps though, I actually found it quite fun last time, saddo I know lol.

IC- internet Cheapie, Yes its a Pregnancy test you can buy them online for very cheap

Oh and whilst I remember, a little good news. When I was hunting around for a thermometer last night I accidentally stumbled across a load of unopened OPKs from last time. The only thing is they have an expiry date on them. However just googled it now and it seems they don't expire and should be fine to use. So glad I hadn't ordered anymore yet!

I don't want to get your hopes up, BUT….I kept getting positive lines on the cheap test and FRER kept giving me negatives. It took until 14 dpo to get a line with FRER. A lot of ladies are saying the cheapies are more sensitive. GOOD LUCK!

that helps and gives me hope. I didn't get a BFP with FRER til I was 1 day late with IC and not for 3 more days with FRER. DH just reminded me of that. Anf she was totally there. thank u

I usually am playing any of the Tomb Raider games, or sometimes old school Halo campaign when hubby's in the mood to team up ;P I have a 360 but I haven't bought a new game in ages so I've just been replaying what I do have, heh! Never heard of Stick of Truth tho!

Stick of Truth is the South Park game, it came out a couple of months back now. My OH is talking about wanting an Xbox One, we'd put it on hold when I got pregnant last month and presumed he'd have to wait. So I've told him if he still wants one to get it next pay day. Games are so expensive these days (I know that makes me sound old lol), we used to buy them all the time before our LO came along but there just seems to be better things to spend money on now.

I'm temping orally. I did try the other way once last time we went though this but I didn't see much difference in the temps and quite honestly it's awkward enough sticking that thing in my mouth at 6am, nevermind anywhere else lol.

Got my babymad thermometer arriving today, so my temps should be a little more interesting moving forward. I'm due to O Monday next week, which seems to have come around really fast. Still trying to decide how we attack this and which days we try. I have this weird feeling it won't matter this month though. I don't know if it's still just the disappointment but I feel like nothing can or will happen this month regardless of how we plan it. Oh I started using the OPKs this morning too. I have so many, no harm done. Naturally it was neg, as it should be at this stage.

You're so right, games are freakin expensive! $60 here usually...way too much. Hope your OH enjoys the XBox One

And yes, temping vaginally does not sound like the most pleasant thing to do right after you wake up ;P I hope you have good luck this cycle with OPKs and temping! Keep up the hope girl! As long as you O, you have just as much chance this month as any other, perhaps even more now that you'll be tracking it go catch that egg!!

Maggz: how are ya doing?? how many more days til you ovulate do ya think?

AFM: Took a $store test yesterday and BFN - which I expected, especially if I'm 7dpo like I'm hoping.

I'm trying to decide how much stock to put in my temps this cycle. Last cycle I temped the week leading up to AF and the temps were much higher than what I've been getting now, showing a clear shift in temps during my luteal phase...so I've got this sick feeling like I STILL haven't ovulated...even at CD38. Maybe this cycle will be anovulatory.

Last night in the evening and esp lying in bed I had a bit of back pain and these dull, tight aches and cramps in my lower abdomen...they sort of felt like menstrual cramps, but also could have been gas cramps. I occasionally felt the weird sensation of a bubble popping in my lower abdomen, so more likely gas. This morning I've got some pressure on my lower left abdomen/uterus. I really thought AF was coming, but my breasts are not heavy and I'm not moody like normal. I hope that's a good thing - but I just want my BFP or AF to show already!! I have officially had a FOUR week wait!

Any other ladies still waiting for their BFP or AF??
