No, we haven't been ttc long enough to get anything checked out, but since I had a mc at least we know I CAN get pregnant which is positive although the experience itself sucked.
We're doing a SMEP (sperm meet egg plan) which consists of using OPKs, bd'ing every other day until ovulation, then bd 3 days in a row to make sure we get all the good days
We don't follow it exactly (cause you know, life gets in the way lol) but pretty close to it.
We also used Preseed a few times and I'm gonna start eating pineapple now that I've ovulated. (Pineapple core contains something that helps with implantation of a fertile egg.)

Well my weekend was up and down. On a weekend, if we don't have any plans, my partner and I allow each other to have a sleep in, and the other one gets up with our little girl. I usually sleep in Saturday as I work the back end of the week, whereas my partner works Mon-Thu. This means I have a tenancy to sit up late on Friday nights and play video games or watch a movie I know he won't mind missing.

So I wake up at 3.30 Saturday morning and realise I've fallen asleep on the sofa in front of the fan. I go to bed and my alarm goes off at 5.45 to temp. Well the temp I got was 36.41, which was a huge drop! I was pretty upset but went back to sleep and decided to try a few hours later. At 9am it was 36.91 - changing to this got me my crosshairs. Doing some reading it seems FF recommends a minimum of 3 hours sleep - which makes sense. This means I didn't temp at my normal time but had my usual amount of sleep. After reading a few different sources I've decided to stick with my second temp. It's annoying because it feels like cheating but it does seem more accurate when comparing it to my previous charts.

Other than that things seem good. I don't feel anything yet, but then I know I don't tend to until a few days before my period. I think I've said already but I'm totally down on this cycle, I don't know whether the chemical pregnancy has just lowered my expectations but I don't feel positive.

Also my sister in law is due in a few weeks. I'm trying to be super happy for her but it's making me feel a bit blah.

I think I'm just being grumpy.

Ooh, I hate temping confusion like that! I am so particular in getting my temps at the "right" time that I usually adjust them, even if it's only half an hour off...which I've been reading isn't really a good idea! I hope your late temp was more accurate

I know what you mean, my sis-in-law is due in November, it's awesome but it's been a little hard to deal with hearing all the baby stuff constantly at family gatherings. Not to mention I threw her shower yesterday, which was great, but there were like 4 babies there! Ugh I want one of my own! ;P

Keep your head up girl! You've done all you can do, just trust this cycle will play out how it's supposed to

Thanks, I don't think there was anymore we could have done. FF scored our timing as high, which is better than when we got pregnant with our little girl, I guess what will be will be. I had a look at my previous charts and it looks like CD 26 will be my last high temp if my period is due (CD 24 today). I also tend to get spotting anything up to a week before (since my LO came along this happens for some reason). No spotting yet.

How's everyone else getting along? Any new symptoms?

I've been spotting brown for the last week...and last night I got a big wipe of bright red blood, mixed with what I think was EWCM! My first thought was that it was AF, but I checked my cervix immediately after and there was no more red, just some brown. Could that be ovulation spotting, or is that more of just a tinge of pink?

Hmmm if its abnormal I would make an appointment with your doctor and get him/her to do some blood tests and an ultrasound to check whats going on. Maybe your body is trying to O?

I have a tenancy to spot these days but it's different to how your spotting sounds and it's usually indicating my period is a few days away. It just looks red when I wipe, it's unusual to need a pad for it, although it has happened. I notice you've had a temp spike, maybe it was ovulation? Are you using OPKs at all?

No idea where I am today, temps are looking good and if they're going to turn bad it should be in the next 24 hours. I also feel sick as a dog, I have no idea why. I had some sharp twinges yesterday and Wed which I normally associate with implantation. Lets hope I'm right.

I also realised I could go back on FF and put the start date of my previous period so I have done that and now it's brought up a stats line. Not sure if it shows for you guys but it has CD 31 marked as 5, and 32 marked in red as 4. I had to google it and I think what it's doing is counting down to when I should test. I think the chemical pregnancy has confused it as AF should be due Sunday but it has moved it to next Thursday. It's wrong but I can't see any way to fix it other than remove the previous cycle.

Either way I'm in two minds about when to test. I generally know when I'm pregnant and I feel I'll know either way, so if I know I may as well test. That said I don't want to go through what we went through last month. Maybe I just do what it suggests and wait?

That's presuming AF doesn't show of course.

Hope you don't mind me jumping on board this thread...

This was our first fertility cycle, after close to 3 years TTC with my DH. We are considered infertile with no known cause, which presents a whole world of drama in NZ for funding, so we saved up to self fund 3 cycles of IUI, while continuing to save for IVF if required.

Anyway, I ovulate, but they still recommended Clomid 50mg from day 2-6, and on cd11 they called me in for an urgent scan, as my oestrogen levels were pretty high, and no LH surge yet. Turns out I had three great side follies and a couple of dirty cysts, so they decided to a trigger injection to promote ovulation.

I am 6dpiui and it hasn't been a good few days. Ended up in hospital at 2dpiui due to a haemorrhagic cyst causing insane pain, was in hospital for four days.

Anyway, feeling a lot better now, as I said 6dpiui, and still feeling reasonably optimistic, despite our world of drama's this week. Hard to give symptoms from 1dpiui, cause they were most of the symptoms were related to the Cyst.

My symptoms started yesterday..

5 dpiui Lots of creamy lotion discharge
6 dpiui Still lots of creamy lotion discharge, when I woke up, my nipple were large, almost square and really sensitive. I have really been off my food in the last 4 days, almost struggling to eat, cause things don't taste quite right.

FX'd - baby dust to everyone waiting for their BFP!!

not sure if it's the same as what FF is doing for me, but it's my first month of temping and it doesn't know my luteal phase length so it's counting down to a day past when AF is due. i think mine is 4 or 5 days passed actually (honestly like i'm going to wait that long!). i hear once you temp a couple months, it'll know better how long your LP is so it'll know when you are "late," but the first month it errs on the long side to avoid telling people to test too early

I use FF and it took three cycles before it had a clear picture of what is usual for me, I'm sure it is the same for everyone

Thanks Maggz - I am just off for my progesterone test this morning, will have my HCG done this time next week, but let's be honest, as soon as that Trigger injection is out of my bloodstream I will start my POAS addiction.

I almost POAS after the trigger, cause it would be nice to get a positive, even if it's not real... Sad but true.. lol

Ha ha.. I guess it's lucky that I was in hospital with my cyst, or I would have done it for sure!

Had a strange day of symptoms.. The creamy lotion discharge is ridiculous,
I have actually had to go and get panty liners, which I never use, cause there is just so much, it's frustrating.. I have had a day of a bit of a stomach ache too, not feeling nauseous, but not quite right, but I guess that could be related to being so unwell this week..

How is everyone else's symptoms? How far away is everyone from
Testing? My blood are due Saturday, but I think
I will cave and test before then, cause that's how I roll!

I forgot to mention that I have really high thyroid antibodies, which as a result I have been sick or even had a sore throat in over 5 years, this week I had a sore throat by 2dpiui and the following day I had runny nose, productive cough and felt terrible. I was in hospital, but as I'm a nurse I always am, so we are excited that I've gotten sick, seems promising! lol
