Sorry sweetie, my 5 weeks scan was just a little black dot in the midst of all the grey, lol U couldn't see bean for me that early so we didnt even take a pic.

Im 5 weeks pregnant today. I have antenatal app at hospital on wed where they said i will be scanned to. When are you having you scan? Im so scared keep rushing the days by till i go and get a scan with a heartbeat. Good luck to you xxx

I went early by mistake at about 4 weeks 4 days but could have been later by a few days or a week later as its hard to date so early). Nothing to be seen save for the gestational sac. Normal for so early apparently Don't expect to see much at 5 weeks is my advice as if you do you'll be setting your self up for disappointment and worry. Its too early really.

they could really only see my gestational sac at 6+3, not eveb a properly formed yolk sac, so don't worry to much if they see nothing at all.

In my first pregnancy i had a scan at 5w 4days as i had spotting and saw the hb. But if there are no problems think best to have a scan later as there is the chance that is to early for some to see a hb and like someone else said you could just come away disappointed as is too early and end up worried unnecessarily. I am now 7 weeks and plan to have another early scan but will be leaving it until abut 9 weeks this time.

I second this. Wait till at least 8 weeks. Its too early for them to be sure of anything and you'll come away anxious and worrying, i did !!

I dont know, I don't have a doctor yet because I don't have insurance...and since I don't have insurance yet no doctors will see me

im really just mainly worried for my HCG levels to make sure they are increasing properly...since I still don't have any symptoms really...

Hi i feel really tired going to bed early and sleeping usually have trouble sleeping, my boobs kill and are so dark and keep getting the odd pain in groin area apparently that just stretching.
I went to hosp yesterday it was a waste of time i only saw diabetic dr not even any kind of person to do with been pregnant. No bloods no scan. Said they will not scan till may, I said u are telling me off for having high blood sugars yet u wont scan me and when im stressed my sugar levels rise. They trying to get me booked into early pregnancy ass unit for scan for the reason of what been through before.

Hi, I'm 5 weeks and 4 days as well, and my midwife won't see me until I'm at least 8 weeks either. She just told me to keep taking the folic acid and to try not to worry!

I'm very tired too, feel queasy all the time and have massive sore boobs, and the odd little groin pain too. Just thought I'd let you know you're not alone!

Oh sorry emma...I hope u get things sorted quickly...I am alright a little nauseous this morning prob because I have not ate...Other than that the same symptoms really but my boobs look like a road map with all the blue veins I had some before getting preg from bf'ing DS i think...and I keep going #2 like 2x's a day (TMI sorry) and it hurts argh!!

Ashley the hospital rang me today and i am getting scanned when i go back to hosp week on wed so will be about 7 weeks.

Have u managed to speak to anyone yet?
