6.1/2 mo, not grabbing very well

She still moves her hand slowly and waveringly towards objects, if she bothers at all. I have seen babies of a much younger age very assertively reach for and grab objects. It's the same taking an object to her mouth.... Very slowly, a bit jerky, if at all.

She's seen an eye consultant who said there is nothing about her vision that might cause this.

Now I'm wondering what, if anything, this delay in grabbing might indicate

Anyone else been here?

I cant really comment on grabbing items but my LO would not put anything in his mouth until around 9 months. He was too busy poking at them. Now everything goes in.
