I bled for 6 weeks after having ds2 (Oct 5th), then got my first AF on Dec 16th.
    Next AF came on CD31
    Next AF came CD30
Now on CD36 and still no AF....

Only DTD once since last AF (with a condom, no split that we noticed..)
So very unlikely to be pregnant (but still SUPER paranoid...)
Getting pre-AF cramps but nothing else happening.

Anyone got any advice? I was thinking perhaps stress with all this covid-19 stuff going on. Or is it just because my hormones are still calming down?
I can't think of ANYTHING worse than being pregnant again. Mentally, i just couldn't do it. Really hoping AF will show her head soon!!!

AF can be a bit awol for the first 6-12 months after giving birth . It’s probably just one of those mental months ! Fingers crossed AF shows soon .

All this stress around covid 19 probably isn’t helping at all ! Try do whatever you can to relax throughout the day ! It’s hard with three kids I know ! Xx
