6 mths old and now feeding twice through the night !!!

Why?? When she was ebf Evie woke once about 3am, now she's on food she wakes 2/3 times a night wanting fed...

Is this normal? Is she hungry or is this habit ??

Need help...need sleep !!!!

It is completely normal, my baby did that at seven months, she started to wake up more than once...
I just rock her to sleep without offering the breast and it worked!!
She nursed once during the night until she was 9 months old... :S

Thomas did that at about six and a half months after only waking for one night feed since he was four months, it took about four or five weeks before his sleep went back to normal. He then kept on with the one night feed until about nine and a half months and since then has been sleeping through.

Lani has started to do exactly the same since weaning started a few weeks ago - before she was only waking once at 4ish... Am stumped too as I was led to believe weaning made them sleep through!! She is also starting to be a nightmare at bed time again... after months of going straight to sleep when put down! I am strating to use a bit of controlled crying (despite swearing I never would!) as I think she can manage it now she is older and also because I feel I can now tell the difference between distressed/tired/hungry cries.... so I can act accordingly x
