"6 week check" later than 6 weeks??

I cant get to see my own dr til I'm 7 weeks pp and I really dont wanna see anyone else.
Is it ok to wait an extra week?? Ive got no problems or anything??
Anyone else had their checkup later than the 6 week mark? xx

i had mine at 10 weeks so should be fine.

My GP's Surgery merge the 6 wk check & baby's 8 wk check and jabs so I had mine around 8 wks. I wouldn't imagine there would be a problem waiting another week.

my daughters 15 months and I never had one doctor said I didnt need it when I went to book an appointment. so going a week late should be fine

I never got a 6 week check! apparently they don't do them at my surgery! not too bothered though as i haven't had any complications!

They do them at 4 weeks here. No reason why having it a little later would make any difference.

I'm having to wait till I'm 13 weeks!! And they dont seem to care.
